Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (including APO/FPO where carriers allow). International shipping is on our trail map for later.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time. Once shipped, most orders arrive within about 10-35 business days. Orders ship from our supplier partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping cost. Free shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $4.99. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Tracking. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show updates, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Wrong address. Double-check your address at checkout. Email hello@trailhoundco.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it. We can't redirect packages after they've shipped.
Lost or late packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, email hello@trailhoundco.com and we'll make it right.
