Overview. This website is run by Trailhound Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Using our store. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use our store for anything illegal or to interfere with how the site works.
2. Products and descriptions. We do our best to show colors, sizes and details accurately, but screens vary and specs can change. Measure your dog and check our size guides before ordering. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse an order at any time.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners.
4. Shipping and returns. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
5. Safe use of gear. Our gear is meant to help you and your dog enjoy the outdoors, but no product replaces supervision and good judgment. Check fit and condition before every outing, stop using any item that's worn or damaged, and never leave your dog unattended in a harness, backpack or collar. Hiking carries natural risks; you're responsible for your dog's safety on the trail.
6. Intellectual property. All site content, including our name, logo, text and photos, belongs to Trailhound Co. or its licensors. Please don't copy it without permission.
7. Reviews and comments. If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to promote our store. Please keep content honest and respectful.
8. Third-party links. Our site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. Our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Trailhound Co. isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
